Retail Sales Associate -Jewellery

About the Role

We are looking for polished, customer focused Retail Sales Associates to join our fine jewellery showrooms across Mumbai. You will be the face of the brand greeting guests, guiding them through our collections, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable, personalised experience. This role requires a passion for jewellery, excellent communication, and a flair for building relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Welcome and greet every walk-in customer warmly and professionally
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable jewellery pieces
• Provide detailed product knowledge on gold, diamond, platinum & gemstone jewellery
• Assist customers in product selection, trials, and styling recommendations
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with patience and grace
• Build rapport to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Offer personalised gifting advice for occasions like weddings, anniversaries & festive seasons

Store & Team Support

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance in line with brand grooming standards
• Open and close counters as per store protocols
• Report daily sales and footfall to the store manager
• Participate in training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure showroom is always pristine
