Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Goregaon West
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or client/vendor management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination
1] Coordinate with recruitment vendors for shared and pending candidate profiles.
2] Share active requirements and relevant candidate profiles with vendors.
3] Resolve vendor queries related to recruitment processes and profiles.
4] Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related escalations.
5] Provide timely feedback to vendors on submitted profiles.
Client Coordination
1] Coordinate onboarding of current clients and ensure proposal documentation is completed.
2] Follow up with clients for active hiring requirements and share updates with the recruitment team.
3] Maintain smooth communication between clients and the internal recruitment team.
4] Track pending payments and maintain records of outstanding dues.
Recruitment Support
1] Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
2] Assist with interview scheduling, profile tracking, and candidate follow-ups.
3] Support recruitment-related administrative and coordination tasks.
