Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chat Support Specialist based in the USA.

The Chat Support

Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat to address their inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional support.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, effectively communicating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and timely assistance. Additionally, the role involves documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns, and contributing to improving support processes.

• Familiarity with chat support tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
