We are seeking an experienced and organized Dispatch & Logistics Manager to oversee and manage daily dispatch operations, logistics planning, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent team management ability, and experience in handling dispatch documentation and logistics operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of Dispatch & Logistics Manager
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily dispatch activities
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to customers
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for dispatch planning
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain dispatch schedules and logistics planning
Team Management
- Supervise dispatch and logistics team
- Allocate duties and monitor team performance
- Ensure discipline and smooth coordination among team members
- Conduct daily briefing and review meetings
- Train team members for operational efficiency
Documentation & Computer Work
- Prepare dispatch documents such as:
- Delivery Challan
- Invoice coordination
- E-way bills
- Transport documents
- Maintain dispatch MIS reports
- Update dispatch records in system/ERP
- Track shipments and update customers if required
- Maintain proper documentation and records
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with transporters and vendors
- Negotiate freight and transportation rates
- Handle customer delivery queries
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure proper packing and loading procedures
- Follow safety standards during dispatch
- Maintain dispatch records for audit and compliance
Required Skills

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
- Experience: 3–7 years in Dispatch / Logistics / Warehouse Operations
Preferred Experience
- Manufacturing in food industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of SAP systems
- Knowledge of E-way bill & GST documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
