• Assess a variety of assets for appraisal reports
• Execute thorough site inspections and research
• Provide rationale for assigned property values

• Ensure timely delivery of appraisal services

Requirements

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
• ASA designation or progress towards it is preferred
• Experience in construction and costing models
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Willingness to travel as needed
