Job Description

Support Advanced Process Control (APC) applications as an Engineer in Training. Engage in monitoring, troubleshooting, and developing solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. This full-time role lasts for 8 months and focuses on maintaining existing APC applications while aiding in new developments. You will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting APC performance metrics, and collaborating with Process Engineers and operators. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring optimal system functionality and training team members on software enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot APC-related issues
  • Communicate directly with Process Engineers and operators
  • Report weekly and monthly APC performance metrics
  • Develop new APC solutions for various assets
  • Support software and hardware upgrades for APC systems Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • Enrollment in a relevant Master's program
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools: Seeq, Matlab, Python
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Understanding of industrial control systems Enhance system performance with your engineering expertise, driving results in Advanced Process Control projects.
