Location: Uniontown, PA (In-Person) Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift (No Weekends) Pay: Starting at $13.00/$14.00 hour + Weekly Cash Bonuses + Monthly Commission Total Earning Potential: $20–$30/hour (when including bonuses and commission), with unlimited upside for top performers
About the Role

Your primary focus will be making outbound B2B phone calls to potential and existing business customers, showcasing the speed, reliability, and innovation of AT&T wireless while delivering exceptional service, closing deals, and helping businesses stay connected.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to sell AT&T wireless and Internet, iPhones, phone lines, and related services
- Provide top-tier customer service, demo solutions, identify upsell opportunities, and close sales
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and exceed expectations
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Call center background preferred (e.g., TTEC, ContactUS, NiSource, or similar) T-Mobile Wireless, Verizon Wireless or any Wireless experience a huge plus!
- Skills: Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed—iPhone knowledge and sales skills are a plus!
- Availability: Full-time commitment to day shifts (no weekends required)
