Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across complex, high-impact technical roles mid to senior roles. This role is ideal for a deeply technical talent expert who combines strong market insight, a powerful talent network, and a consultative approach to partnering with the business. You are energized by the craft of recruiting, proactive in talent scouting, and continuously evolving your understanding of emerging technologies, skills, and market trends. What will you do? Strategic Talent Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, shaping hiring strategies aligned to business priorities Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation, and competitive landscape Influence role design, leveling, and hiring decisions with data-driven insights Technical Talent Delivery Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level technical roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains Translate complex technical requirements into targeted sourcing strategies Deliver high-quality, diverse talent pipelines with a focus on both speed and quality Proactive Talent Scouting & Network Building Build and leverage a strong, active network of top-tier technical talent Develop creative sourcing strategies across platforms, communities, and passive channels Continuously map and engage talent pools aligned to future business needs Market & Trend Expertise Stay ahead of emerging technologies, skills, and talent trends (e.g., AI, cloud, data, cybersecurity) Bring forward insights to inform workforce planning and hiring strategy Act as a thought partner in shaping long-term talent strategies What do you need to succeed? Proven experience recruiting for technical roles at mid to senior roles Strong technical acumen with the ability to deeply understand roles across engineering, data, and digital domains Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and talent scouting, not just inbound recruiting A well-established network within technical talent communities Experience operating in a consultative, business-facing role, influencing stakeholders at multiple levels Strong market knowledge across talent trends, compensation, and competitive dynamics High ownership mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
