We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Product / Graphic Designer & Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly creative individual with experience in both product development and graphic design who enjoys working across multiple stages of the design process — from concept ideation to production-ready execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

• Support product development from concept ideation through production while ensuring alignment with brand direction, functionality, and user experience
• Develop sketches, product concepts, and 3D models to communicate design intent
• Assist in refining product details including form, construction, and usability
• Collaborate with internal teams and overseas manufacturing partners to support feasibility, manufacturability, and project execution
• Maintain organized spec sheets, design files, and technical documentation throughout the development process

3D Rendering & Visual Communication

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and product visualizations for presentations, planograms, and marketing materials
• Develop lifestyle imagery and visual compositions that showcase products in real-world environments
• Prepare presentation decks and visual materials for customer meetings, internal reviews, and stakeholder presentations

Graphic Design & Brand Support

• Create graphic assets that support product development, packaging, presentations, and overall brand consistency
• Develop mood boards, colour palettes, and seasonal visual direction concepts
• Support trend research and assist with identifying new design opportunities within the marketplace

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and early-stage concept development
• Support multiple active projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
• Utilize AI tools to assist with concept ideation, preliminary presentations, and visual exploration

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in product development, industrial design, or a multidisciplinary design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both product design and graphic/visual design capabilities
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3ds Max or similar 3D modeling/rendering software
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Strong visual communication skills with excellent attention to layout, composition, and presentation detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production constraints is considered an asset
• Strong interest in colour, materials, finishes (CMF), and product styling
• Experience using generative AI tools for design ideation and concept development
