Home Care Assistant (India)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Feeding and medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and patient transfers
• Monitoring vital signs (if trained)
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the patient’s room
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Coordinating with family members regarding patient care

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in homecare, elder care, or patient care preferred
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and patient handling
• Physically fit and emotionally patient
• Willingness to work 24-hour live-in shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills

• Nursing assistant certification (added advantage)
• Experience in handling bedridden or dementia patients
• Good communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English preferred)
