Veterinary doctor (India)

• Monitor the health and well-being of dairy animals by conducting regular health assessments and maintaining accurate records.
• Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the herd veterinarian, ensuring compliance with animal welfare standards.
• Assist in the milking process, ensuring efficient and hygienic practices to optimize milk quality.
• Manage feeding operations, including preparing and distributing balanced diets tailored to the nutritional needs of the herd.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, milking parlors, and surrounding areas to promote a safe and healthy setting for animals and staff.
• Participate in breeding programs and assist with calving, providing necessary support to ensure the health of both the cow and calf.
• Contribute to record-keeping related to herd management, production data, and veterinary interventions.
