Human Resources Director

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company that’s scaling quickly and looking to bring on a hands-on HR Director to lead and build out their HR function.

This is a high-impact role working directly with leadership to shape people strategy, support growth, and create scalable HR processes.

• Lead and manage the full HR function across strategy, operations, and employee relations
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and growth initiatives
• Oversee recruiting across technical and operational roles
• Build and improve HR processes, systems, and infrastructure
