General Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with basic workouts and equipment usage
- Ensure safety and proper exercise techniques on the floor
- Maintain discipline in the training area
- Support member engagement and retention
Personal Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design personalized training programs based on client goals
- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions with proper technique and progression
- Track client progress and provide regular feedback
- Build strong client relationships to improve retention and results
Strength & Conditioning Instructor (Group)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead group strength and conditioning sessions with structured programming
- Ensure proper form, intensity control, and injury prevention
- Modify exercises based on different fitness levels
- Keep sessions engaging, energetic, and performance-driven
Boxing / Kickboxing / MMA Instructor (Group)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct combat-based group classes (boxing, kickboxing, MMA)
- Teach fundamentals: stance, footwork, striking, and combinations
- Ensure safety while maintaining high energy and discipline
- Motivate members and create an engaging class environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36.0 – 48.0 per week
