Technical Support Engineer - IT & Software ๐ฐ Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year
At Stryker we are looking for a Support engineer!
๐ ๏ธ Our tech stack:

๐ Rquirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science
- Proven technical troubleshooting capabilities, including diagnosing and analyzing system issues
- Training in security principles, particularly regarding the safeguarding of sensitive data and compliance standards like HIPAA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role within a hosted application environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and workflows (preferred)
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting real-time audio/video streaming solutions (preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications related to cloud platforms, system integration, or security (preferred)
- Experience in virtual nursing or patient monitoring systems (preferred)
๐ฉโ๐ป๐จโ๐ป Your responsibilities are:
- Document and manage issues reported by customers, ensuring exceptional service and managing customer expectations
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, coordinating communication and providing timely updates on issue resolution
- Follow client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- Gain proficiency in incident management systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce, and maintain skills in the necessary tools
- Collaborate with team members to escalate issues and collectively tackle complex challenges
- Review product documentation prior to new releases, advocating for supportability requirements and reporting any defects
- Implement security measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure
- Safeguard the confidentiality of medical and sensitive records
