Technical Support Engineer - IT & Software ๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year

๐Ÿ“ Rquirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, or Computer Science
  • Proven technical troubleshooting capabilities, including diagnosing and analyzing system issues
  • Training in security principles, particularly regarding the safeguarding of sensitive data and compliance standards like HIPAA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role within a hosted application environment (preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions and workflows (preferred)
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting real-time audio/video streaming solutions (preferred)
  • Relevant industry certifications related to cloud platforms, system integration, or security (preferred)
  • Experience in virtual nursing or patient monitoring systems (preferred)

  • Document and manage issues reported by customers, ensuring exceptional service and managing customer expectations
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, coordinating communication and providing timely updates on issue resolution
  • Follow client-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
  • Gain proficiency in incident management systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce, and maintain skills in the necessary tools
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate issues and collectively tackle complex challenges
  • Review product documentation prior to new releases, advocating for supportability requirements and reporting any defects
  • Implement security measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure
  • Safeguard the confidentiality of medical and sensitive records
