We aren’t looking for "clock-in, clock-out" therapists. We want clinicians who are hungry for a deeper understanding of human movement and who want to disrupt the traditional healthcare model.

• Proprietary Training: You’ll undergo a mandatory intensive training to master the (se)® Deep Tissue Restoration model before seeing patients.
• Execute the Model: Deliver high-level treatments within the (se)® practice model, focusing on fascial remodeling and postural balance.
• Biomechanical Advocacy: Educate patients on the "why" behind their pain and provide them with the resources to take agency over their own structural health.
• Clinical Excellence: Constant access to workshops, continuing education, and a network of experts ensures you remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

What You Bring

• The Credentials: Current Maryland LMT license in good standing. Successful completion of MBLEX or NCBTMB. Professional Liability Insurance.
• The Background: A robust command of anatomy, physiology, and the physics of human biomechanics.
• The Clinical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and assessment skills, including the ability to maintain accurate client records and progress in the provided EMR.
• The Skillset: Mastery of deep tissue and sports techniques, such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release, with a desire to evolve those skills through the (se)® lens.
• The Vibe: Professional, articulate, and ready to challenge the "fluff and buff" massage stereotype.

The Logistics

• Compensation: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour, depending on your role.
• Role: *THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION ONLY. You can start your practice with us as your own business or as an independent contractor.
• Flexibility: starting at 6 hours per week. Evenings and Saturdays available.
• Location: Join us in our state-of-the-art clinics where the environment is as sharp as the science.
