Server/Bartender (Summer/Seasonal)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and/or Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while adhering to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment are essential for success in this role.
• Possess a Valid Smart Serve Certificate.
