Role Overview
The Junior Data Consultant/Analyst is responsible for supporting end-to-end data analysis activities, from initial collection to final stakeholder reporting. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable business insights through advanced spreadsheet modeling and emerging data automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Preparation & Cleaning: Identify, extract, and clean data from diverse sources including spreadsheets and internal databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Advanced Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques to detect trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets to support organizational goals.
- Consulting & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define business problems, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop structured reports, interactive dashboards, and visual presentations to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and documentation of data collection systems and databases to maintain data integrity.
