• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 150+ employees
• Maintain payroll systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Manage statutory filings and year-end reporting requirements
• Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Support employee benefits administration
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits and financial reporting
• Collaborate with finance teams on reconciliations and month-end activities

Qualifications

The main qualifications for this role include:

• Completed PCP designation is considered an asset but not required
• Background in accounting, business or finance
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in processing end-to-end payroll
• Good understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and employment standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ADP is considered an asset
