As a key player in the manufacturing process, you will follow safety guidelines while managing machine operations. Daily tasks include inspecting parts, documenting defects, and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaboration with shift leads ensures smooth operation and adherence to instructions from higher-level operators for effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection molding machines per guidelines
• Inspect, separate, and document defective parts
• Maintain cleanliness of work area during shifts
• Verify packaging and labeling of finished products
• Communicate issues with production leads

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Basic math and inspection skills needed
• Some factory experience preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability expected
