Job Description
We are looking for an Audit Manager with PCAOB audit experience who can lead engagements, make sound decisions, manage people well, and hold the line on quality.
You will lead PCAOB audit engagements from planning through completion. You will manage teams, review work at a high level, address issues early, communicate clearly with clients and firm leadership, and make sure the file tells the right story.

- Manage budgets, deadlines, staffing, and engagement workflow without letting things drift
- Serve as a credible, professional point of contact for clients
- Coach, develop, and challenge seniors and staff
- Set the tone for accountability, responsiveness, and technical discipline
- Work closely with firm leadership on technical matters, client issues, and engagement performance
- Help strengthen the practice, not just manage your own engagements
