• *Job Overview:**

Join our team at Steph's Study Stars, where we provide exceptional tutoring services for students ranging from Pre-K to Grade 12. We offer both in-person and virtual tutoring sessions, aiming to inspire and empower students in their academic journey. We currently launched a Homeschool Program this past academic year and it has bene widely successful. This program is aimed at children who are 2-14 years of age. A fully at home academic program for children and families who are choosing the Homeschooling route.

Looking for Teachers willing to commute around the Innisfil, Barrie, Tottenham, Aliston, Keswick & surrounding areas.

• *Duties:**
• Conduct one-on-one Homeschool & Tutoring sessions with students Pre-K to Grade 8
• Create personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning needs, utilizing approved curriculum resources.
• Engage students in interactive and effective learning experiences to enhance their academic performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their educational goals.
• *Requirements:**
• Passion for education, with a focus on literacy and numeracy skills development.
• Completion of or enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Completion of or enrollment in a B.Ed program is advantageous.
• Prior experience in tutoring, volunteering, or working with children in the K-12 age group.
• Access to transportation via vehicle or public transit.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules and student progress tracking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
