Job Description
As a Senior Executive-Marketing at our company based in Gurgaon, your role will involve managing SEO, PPC, and content initiatives to drive lead generation and enhance online visibility. You will be responsible for analyzing SEO issues, optimizing content, generating leads through organic and paid campaigns, translating and publishing multilingual content, planning and posting on LinkedIn, creating case studies and customer testimonials, coordinating with vendors, tracking performance, and staying updated on Google algorithm changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing SEO issues and coordinating with the website developer for improvements
- Optimizing content with relevant keywords based on SEMrush data
- Generating leads through organic and paid campaigns and monitoring relevant pages regularly
- Translating and publishing multilingual content through CMS
- Planning and posting content on LinkedIn, including 23 posts per week
- Creating and publishing case studies and customer testimonials
- Coordinating with vendors for marketing and events activities
- Tracking performance, preparing monthly reports, and presentations
- Staying updated on Google algorithm changes
Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4-5 years of experience
In this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical SEO, proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, Canva, and social media enhancer/video editing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, LinkedIn marketing expertise, teamwork, collaboration, result orientation, customer centricity, flexibility, and versatility are key competencies required for success in this role.
