Paid Media Specialist — Digital Marketing Agency
ABOUT THE ROLE
We need a Paid Media Specialist who can make every rupee of our clients' ad spend work harder. You'll plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok turning budgets into measurable business results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Conduct audience research and build detailed targeting strategies
- A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages continuously
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for ROAS and CPA goals
- Report on campaign performance with clear, data-backed recommendations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years managing paid social or search campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of pixel tracking, conversion events and attribution
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI
BONUS SKILLS
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications, experience with Shopify/e-commerce brands, knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
