Halifax is looking for a Genesis Experience Manager Ownership (Service Advisor) who brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people. You will take the time to understand each customer’s needs, provide clear and thoughtful guidance, and ensure they feel confident and cared for every step of the way. What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional experience while identifying customer needs and clearly explaining service recommendations - Keep customers informed throughout the service process, ensuring transparency and confidence every step of the way - Create accurate work orders, estimates, and invoices that reflect all approved services and repairs - Coordinate scheduling and workflow to support an efficient, organized service department - Act as the key liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and quality outcomes - Identify opportunities to recommend maintenance and additional services that support vehicle performance and safety - Build strong, lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business What you bring:
