We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on proactively acquiring new clients, assessing their specific needs, and providing tailiored coverage solutions to help them protect what matters most
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Seek new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the business
Consultative Sales: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend suitable products such as life, health, auto or homeowners.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy enrollments, renewals and modifications while maintaining accurate records in the agency in the agency CRM database
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and resolving client inquires or billing issues
Licensing: An active state insurance license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health is required
Good Communication, Tech-Savvy and a Self-Starter
