Position: Field Service Engineer

Location: Lucknow, Mumbai, Chennai, Jaipur, Vadodara, Solapur, Palghat, Vijaywada, Ratlam

Required Qualification: Passed Out Diploma or BTech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering

Required Experience: Freshers are preferred Or candidates with servicing experience are also encouraged to apply

Statcon Electronics India Limited is seeking Field Service Engineer who are responsible for:

Basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on power electronics equipment/modules

All products (IPS/PWP/Solar) installation & commissioning at site/field as per RDSO/SEIL check list.

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Understanding customer needs and providing a high level of customer service.

To respond the failure site of their allotted area after receiving the call form railway/office.

Meeting with customer/official to understand the technical problem/improvement/modification requirement.

Responsible to visit the work (AMC/ARC/W/OW) complaint sites for attend the failure notice and resolve the problem with in time frame.

Responsible to conduct and maintain failure analysis of their area on monthly basis for module and component level.
