Senior Sales Manager – 12‑month fixed‑term Maternity Cover Expected start date: July 2026

Our team is searching for a magnetic Senior Sales Manager with remarkable tenacity, a sharp leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a natural at relationship building, and who puts clients’ needs first while meeting or surpassing revenue goals for the department.

Responsibilities

Lead all activities related to group and catering sales, and revenue generation from all sales territories.

Build long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives and personal booking goals.

Develop creative ways to maximize profit, achieve set revenue goals, and support financial, business, and marketing objectives for groups, meetings, events, and other gatherings.

Operate a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Post‑secondary diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.

Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market.

Proven strong leadership and selling skills; track record of optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Expertise in Group Sales, Catering, and Event Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Delphi, HMS, and Cvent is a plus.
