Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Physiotherapist SME will contribute expert knowledge to the development and optimization of medical devices, assist in defining product requirements, conduct testing and validation, and work closely with the R&D team to ensure clinical alignment. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, reviewing technical documents, and sharing valuable insights for product improvement and user experience enhancement.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Physiotherapy practices and rehabilitation techniques, specifically for neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Strong research skills, ability to provide clinical insights, and experience in validating medical devices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse teams, including R&D, product development, and healthcare professionals.
• A Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field is required; experience with medical device companies or technology solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and case study development is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
