Job Title: Case Manager – Documentation & Operations (Immigration)

Job Summary
The Case Manager will handle end-to-end immigration and visa processing for multiple countries, including Canada PR, UK Visas, Germany (Prospect Card & Job Seeker), New Zealand visas, Schengen visas, Tourist Visas etc. The role requires solid expertise in documentation, compliance, and operational coordination to ensure successful and timely visa outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:1. Case Management (Multi-Country)
- Manage a portfolio of immigration and visa cases across:
- Canada (Express Entry, PNP, PR pathways)
- UK (CAS-based applications)
- Germany (Opportunity Card, Job Seeker Visa)
- Current Zealand (Work, Visitor visas)
- Schengen countries (short-stay tourist/business visas)
- General tourist visas (USA, UK, Europe, etc.)
- Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle.
2. Documentation & Verification
- Review and validate documents such as:
- Educational credentials (ECA for Canada)
- Financial documents (bank statements, GIC, sponsorship proofs)
- Work experience letters and reference letters
- SOPs/LOEs for study and visa applications
- Ensure documentation aligns with each country’s immigration standards and checklist.
- Guide clients on documentation gaps and corrections.
3. Country-Specific Processing Expertise
Canada (PR & Express Entry):
- Profile creation, CRS score evaluation, ITA documentation
- Coordination for ECA, IELTS, and proof of funds
- PR application submission and follow-ups
UK:
- Handling CAS-based applications
- Financial documentation verification (28-day rule)
- Visa filing and biometric coordination
Germany (Opportunity Card / Job Seeker / Student):
- Understanding eligibility (points system for Opportunity Card)
- Blocked account, APS (if applicable), and insurance documentation
- Embassy appointment coordination
Current Zealand:
- Work visa documentation and submission
- Financial eligibility checks
Schengen & Tourist Visas:
- Country-specific checklists (Poland, Germany, Luxemborg, Lithuania, etc.)
- Travel itineraries, cover letters, insurance, and bookings
- Appointment scheduling via VFS/consulates
4. Operations & Coordination
- Manage visa application submissions (online portals and offline/VFS submissions)
- Track timelines, interview dates, and biometric appointments
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, documentation, legal)
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers
5. Client Communication & Advisory
- Provide accurate guidance on visa requirements and processes
- Assist in SOP/LOE structuring for higher approval chances
- Maintain proactive communication and status updates
- Handle escalations and re-application strategies if required
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Stay updated on immigration policy changes across countries
- Perform final quality checks before submission
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Law, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in immigration/visa processing
- Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 of the listed countries
Key Skills:
- Strong documentation and verification skills
- In-depth knowledge of multi-country visa processes
- Excellent client handling and communication
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Ability to manage multiple cases under deadlines
- Familiarity with visa portals
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Canada PR (Express Entry), UK Student Visa, Tourist Visas cases
- Knowledge of Germany Opportunity Card process
- Experience in high-volume visa processing environments
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
