• Policy Verification & Underwriting
• Coordination with Zonal Accounts and TVC
• To assist internal Auditors
• Verify and deposit collection amount
• Deputation at branch locations on business requirement
• Clarifying branch enquirers via email/phone

Coordinate with Bank/Branch team for grievances and Legal escalation cases

• Check the endorsement text/date and the mandatory document submitted by the branch.
• Clarifying branch enquirers via email/phone.
• Coordinate with Bank/Branch team for grievances and Legal escalation cases.
• Create a ticket for IT issue and coordinate with IT teams and resolve the issue.
• Renewal quote prepared based on the ICR and approve appropriate premium in consultation with seniors.
• To verify the quote/terms/conditions/ limits/ MOU/Bank concern before creating a Mater policy.
• Verify the CKYC details with respective team before issuing a master policy.
