The Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical expertise in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems. You will focus on compliance and Kubernetes management, ensuring robust networking, configuration, and deployment across secure environments. This role involves supporting compliance-driven sustainment, documenting technical processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet evolving security needs. Base compensation ranges from $170k to $260k, with a compelling benefits package for qualified candidates.

What You'll Bring

Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree plus 14 years of systems engineering experience, or 19 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Technical Expertise: Strong grasp of Kubernetes networking, deployment, and configuration.

Compliance & Tools: Proven ability to support compliance-driven activities using enterprise tracking and documentation tools.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Salt, Ansible), Rancher, Helm, and observability tools like Elasticsearch, Kibana, or Grafana. Security+ (CWIP) certification is a plus.

Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required. We are not able to upgrade clearances or accept CCAs. Please note, you must have the required clearance for consideration; under-cleared applicants will not receive a response.
