We are looking for a NOC Engineer (Level 1) to monitor and support network infrastructure in a 24/7 enterprise environment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network issues while ensuring high availability of systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using monitoring tools.
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network, connectivity, and system issues.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams when necessary.
- Maintain incident logs and update tickets in the ticketing system.
- Work with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of network outages.
- Follow standard operating procedures and documentation.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) support.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN.
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
