FOH Manager/Server

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated FOH (Front of House) Manager/Server to lead our hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Duties

• Lead front-of-house operations, including supervising servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate team assignments, and oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments and perform cash handling duties.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Train new staff members on food service standards, safety protocols, and POS operation; foster a team-oriented environment through ongoing coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations; oversee food production, kitchen management, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs related to food and beverage inventory, and supporting overall restaurant management initiatives.
• Support catering events or banquet services when needed; coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery in various settings.
• Uphold hospitality excellence by creating a lively atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and positive reviews.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
