Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Structural Engineer role based in Bengaluru for buildings and steel structures across industrial and commercial projects.

The role involves ensuring structural integrity, safety, and efficient coordination from design through on-site execution.

The Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analysis and calculations while collaborating with a team to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering 3–5 years of experience in steel structural design and execution Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles Proficiency in Structural Analysis and performing accurate engineering calculations Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with industry standards including NFPA and ISO compliance is a plus Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team Key Responsibilities: Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for industrial and commercial buildings Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IS codes, NBC, etc.) Perform load calculations, foundation design, and structural stability analysis Design and review steel structures including sheds, pipe racks, platforms, and industrial frameworks Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and project teams for integrated execution Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction Review fabrication and erection drawings for steel structures Identify cost-effective and efficient structural solutions Assist in technical documentation, reports, and approvals What We Offer: Opportunity to work on high-value industrial and infrastructure projects End-to-end exposure from design to execution Growth within a fast-paced engineering environment
