HR Recruiter (Mortgage Process)

We are hiring an HR Recruiter with experience in BFSI / NBFC hiring, specifically for Home Loan, Mortgage, and LAP (Loan Against Property) roles. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of loan process

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI / NBFC roles
• Hire for Home Loan, Mortgage, and LAP profiles
• Manage hiring for DSA / Channel Sales, Credit & Operations roles
• Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per business requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up for closures
• Manage bulk hiring and maintain hiring TAT
• Handle offer rollout, salary negotiation, and joining follow-up

Required Skills

• Experience in BFSI / NBFC recruitment
• Hands‑on experience in hiring for Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP roles
• Strong sourcing and screening skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates from NBFC / Banking / Housing Finance companies
• Experience in DSA / Loan Sales hiring
• Immediate joiners preferred
