Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GST compliance, income tax, and accounting software, along with the ability to manage overall office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate GST compliance, filings, and reconciliations
• Handle income tax matters, including preparation and filing
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally
• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure high performance
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Oversee administrative and office management functions as needed
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance, filing procedures, and regulations
• Expertise in income tax processes and filings
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, including office operations
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (CA/CPA or equivalent) is an advantage
• Experience managing both accounting and administrative functions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
