Content & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Content & Social Media Strategist who can own and drive the social media presence of Sri Sri Wellbeing. This role requires someone who understands wellness and Ayurveda, and can translate complex offerings into clear, credible, and engaging content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end social media content for Sri Sri Wellbeing across Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create and oversee content for reels, carousels, captions, stories, posters, and digital creatives
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and on-ground activities
• Write a balanced mix of educational, informative, and promotional content without exaggeration or medical overclaims
• Shape content hooks, scripts, themes, and campaign ideas that improve reach, relevance, and engagement.
• Work closely with designers, doctors, editors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand tone.
• Adapt content for different audiences and formats while keeping communication simple, respectful, and trustworthy

What We Are Looking For

• Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience in wellness, Ayurveda, healthcare, or allied sectors
• Clear understanding of social media behaviour and content performance
• Ability to take ownership and drive content independently, not just execute briefs
• High attention to detail and sensitivity towards regulated categories
