Security Guard is responsible for protecting company property, employees, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to any suspicious activities or emergencies.

Security guards mainly protect people, property, and assets from theft, damage, or unsafe situations by maintaining vigilance and enforcing rules.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Access Control & Gate Management Check ID cards of employees and visitors Maintain entry/exit register (inward & outward material) Allow only authorized persons/vehicles inside plant 2. Patrolling & Surveillance Regular patrolling inside plant premises Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems Identify suspicious activity or safety risks 3. Safety & Emergency Handling Respond to fire, accident, or emergency situations Inform supervisor and emergency services if needed Assist in evacuation during emergencies 4. Incident Reporting Record daily reports and incidents Report theft, damage, or violations immediately Maintain logbook and shift handover records 5. Discipline & Rule Enforcement Ensure workers follow company safety rules Prevent unauthorized activities inside plant Maintain discipline at entry gate and site
