Detailed Role Expectations (PRO)

• Act as a single point of contact between leadership and external stakeholders
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and media (if required)
• Ensure professional representation of the organization in all external interactions
• Handle day-to-day coordination, communication, and follow-ups with internal and external teams
• Assist leadership in meetings, presentations, and business discussions
• Prepare and manage reports, data sheets, and documentation using Excel and other tools
• Maintain high standards of corporate etiquette, grooming, and professionalism
• Be flexible to travel outstation for meetings, events, or business requirements
