Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Very Senior Talent Acquisition to join our team. The role is designed for a proactive and results-driven professional; someone who excels in recruiting top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition; enabling them to identify, attract and onboard individuals who will drive our company’s growth.

Who are you: (Qualifications)

  • You have a natural sales aptitude, with at least 10 years of recruitment experience.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel when hiring for sales roles
  • You have a strong understanding of software development principle and frameworks when hiring for software development roles
  • You have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  • You have well honed and proven direct sourcing (headhunting) skills that has led you to hire multiple senior candidates in the past
  • You have an extensive network and well-known Professional circles in the GTA
  • You have a track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent

Work Environment

We are currently 100% remote, but will be moving to a hybrid in-office environment soon.
