Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer

About the role

As a Salesforce Lead Developer at SpringFive you will provide Salesforce solutions that efficiently and effectively solve complex business capabilities and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.

Responsibilities

Technical Design & Implementation

· Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions by translating business and architectural requirements into technical designs using Apex, LWC, Flows, and core platform capabilities.

· Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms.

· Ensure all solutions meet Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers across projects and guide them on implementation best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and platform compliance.
• Support teams in resolving complex technical issues and development challenges.

Delivery & Quality Assurance

• Enforce coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Participate in sprint planning and technical estimation of user stories in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support release planning and deployment activities across development, staging, and production environments.

Integration Implementation

• Implement integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Work with architects and integration teams to ensure integrations follow approved architectural standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance where required.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Maintain technical documentation including solution design, integration patterns, and development standards.
• Contribute to internal knowledge repositories and reusable technical assets.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements or new platform capabilities.

Mandatory Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Development — Hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builders, flows, triggers, custom objects, and fields is essential.
• Technical Proficiency — Strong command of Salesforce development tools including VS Code with SFDX, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, and Web Services, along with proven experience in the Lightning framework (Aura and Lightning Web Components) is a must.
• Source Control & CI/CD — Demonstrated experience with source control platforms such as GitHub or Bitbucket, and active involvement in CI/CD pipelines and processes is required.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability — A strong aptitude for analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is non-negotiable.
• Communication Skills — Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences are mandatory.
• Customer-Centric Mindset — A firm commitment to delivering solutions that prioritize customer needs and drive measurable business value is expected in this role.

Good To Have Skills

• Experience with standard web technologies (Java, jQuery, HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML/CSS).
• Experience in creating web services for diverse technology integration. Advanced LWC – pub-sub, Lightning Message Service(LMS), Lazy loading, performance tuning, etc,.
• Aura – legacy maintenance & migration to LWC
• SLDS customization & accessibility awareness
• Agent force Sales, Service and Field Service cloud experience
