Store/Warehouse Assistant

The Store / Warehouse Assistant is responsible for handling daily warehouse and store activities including material receiving, storage, issuance, documentation, stock maintenance, and GMP compliance in the spray dryer manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive raw materials, packing materials, and other goods properly.
• Maintain inward and outward material records.
• Ensure proper storage of materials as per FIFO / FEFO system.
• Prepare GRN, stock entries, and documentation on time.
• Handle material issuance to production department as per requirement.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and GMP standards.
• Assist in physical stock verification and inventory counting.
• Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
• Maintain records in ERP / Excel / stock registers.
• Prevent material damage, leakage, and mix-up.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
