Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review compliance obligation libraries across Indian laws.
- Map compliance requirements based on entity type, industry, location, registrations, licences and business activity.
- Define due dates, frequencies, ownership and evidence requirements for statutory obligations.
- Review challans, returns, acknowledgements, licences, certificates and statutory filings as compliance evidence.
- Track regulatory updates and assess their practical impact.
- Work with internal product, technology and delivery teams to convert compliance knowledge into structured requirements.
- Support implementation for enterprise clients by validating compliance workflows, reports and exception handling.
- Assist in preparing compliance dashboards, MIS summaries and management review inputs.

- Convert laws and rules into actionable compliance obligations.
- Identify what evidence proves compliance.
- Understand due dates, periodicity, responsibility and escalation.
- Work comfortably with product, technology and operations teams.
- Bring structure, clarity and review discipline to compliance knowledge.
Qualifications
CA / CS / LLB / MBA / compliance background preferred, but strong practical compliance experience is more important than qualification alone.
