to collaborate on a short-term project (with potential ongoing work).

Think: turning dull, everyday photos into

editorial-quality fashion shots

with strong lighting, color grading, and cinematic realism.

What You Will Do

• Provide reference visual direction for our AI Model - with the goal to create, convert, turn any dull photo taken from a regular phone into high-quality fashion photography.
• Define

lighting styles, mood, color palettes, and composition standards

• Help design prompts / visual rules that guide AI output quality
• Review and refine outputs to match

fashion editorial standards

• Ensure results look like they were shot by top-tier fashion photographers

Requirements

• 5–7+ years experience in professional

fashion photography

• Strong portfolio with:
• Fashion brands or editorial work
• Models, actors, or celebrity shoots
• High-end lighting and color grading work
• Deep understanding of:
• Studio lighting
• Outdoor / natural light fashion setups
• Mood, tone, and visual storytelling
• Experience working with

creative campaigns or commercial fashion work

• Ability to think creatively and adapt to

AI-driven visual workflows

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who understands

what makes an image look expensive

• Strong sense of aesthetics and modern fashion trends
• Ability to translate real-world photography knowledge into AI output direction
• Comfortable working in fast iterations and experimental setups

Duration

• Initial project: a few days of focused work with ongoing support
• Potential ongoing collaboration based on output quality

Budget

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 for initial project
• Open to increase based on contribution and long-term collaboration
