As an Offshore Delivery Management/Head in the Global Service Delivery & Business Growth domain, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery for global clients across USA, Europe, APAC, China, and Japan. Your role will involve operational excellence, strategic growth, and ensuring customer success in the P&C Insurance / Commercial Insurance / General Insurance sector. You must have experience in IT services delivery lead, application development, and application modernization.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage daily delivery operations and P&L;, coordinate with all functions, lead a team, and closely own client communications.
• Work on new deals, drive overall ownership and accountability of accounts, and handle new client acquisitions with a solid solutioning ability.
• Implement robust governance frameworks to optimize service delivery, ensure compliance with operational standards, and drive metrics-based performance management.
• Lead end-to-end delivery management for multiple clients globally, including overseeing areas such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, etc.
• Mentor subordinates in delivery management/project management processes, setting an example for others.
• Have a positive understanding of different project estimation methodologies, financial risk assessment, and management.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• Experience in Delivery Management across multiple accounts with T&M, Fixed price, and Managed services models.
• Hands-on experience in delivery management/project management processes and practices.
• Robust understanding of P&C insurance and prior experience in presales.
