Kyc Auditor in Mumbai

We are currently hiring for KYC Auditor!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video KYC sessions with customers as per guidelines (e.g., Reserve Bank of India norms)
• Verify customer identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.) during live video calls
• Ensure proper face match and liveness detection
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while validating documents
• Record and maintain KYC data securely
• Identify suspicious or fraudulent activities and escalate when needed
• Follow SOPs and compliance standards strictly
