About the Role
SPN Advisors LLP is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our internal teams. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and application support (Windows/Mac)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, email, VPNs, and device setup
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Support onboarding of new employees
Requirements
- 1–5 years of IT support/helpdesk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, basic networking
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
