• Provide safe and effective care for level 2/3 ICU patients
• Continuously assess patients' health needs and perform reassessments
• Assist in delivering individualized person-centered care
• Safely handle sensitive patient information and documentation
• Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team for care planning Requirements:
• NMC registered with no practice restrictions
• Essential ICU experience and certification
• Desirable experience in cardiothoracic care
• Strong communication skills required
