Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist with hands‑on experience in Google Ads to join a fast‑growing performance marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce growth, with the ability to manage client relationships, execute campaigns, and develop data‑driven strategies.
You will take ownership of a portfolio of e‑commerce clients, driving performance through Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns while collaborating with an experienced and high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads accounts for e‑commerce and DTC brands on a daily basis.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth and return on ad spend.
- Build campaigns from scratch and continuously improve performance.
- Monitor product feeds and support feed optimization initiatives.
- Analyze campaign data and identify performance opportunities.
- Prepare reports and present results during client meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through Slack, email, and meetings.
- Collaborate with internal team members to improve client strategies and outcomes.
- Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Experience working with e‑commerce or DTC brands preferred.
- Understanding of product feeds and feed optimization basics.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to take ownership of results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with YouTube Ads.
- Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience using Slack, Asana, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with feed management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch.
- Knowledge of Google Ads Scripts.
