Locations: Arlington, VA | Houston, TX | Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote)
Duration: 6 month contract to direct hire
Overview
Were looking for a highly adaptable, solutions-driven Procurement Specialist to support sourcing and procurement operations across active projects.
This is not a traditional, process-heavy procurement role it requires someone who can think creatively, move fast, and solve real-time supply chain challenges while still operating within structured frameworks when needed.
Youll work closely with operations, engineering, and project teams , playing a key role in ensuring critical equipment is sourced and delivered successfully.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage procurement of specialized and long-lead equipment across multiple projects
Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and project teams
Identify opportunities to expedite or optimize sourcing strategies
Mitigate risks related to delays, shortages, and vendor constraints
Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships
Track procurement activities across multiple workstreams for visibility
Support reporting, dashboards, and procurement tracking tools
Contribute to improving procurement processes and workflows

Experience collaborating across 35+ stakeholders/teams

Experience in renewable energy, power, or electrical equipment (MV/HV, inverters, etc.)
Familiarity with Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools
Strong presentation and communication skills
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
